Welcome to Elevated.
I've been thinking about starting a newsletter for a while. Not because everyone says you should have one, but because I genuinely have a lot to share, and a lot of people in my life keep telling me I should document it.
So here we are.

Who I am
I'm Nikhil Rohilla (Nik to most people).
Born in New Delhi, raised in Dubai, and shaped by years of living and working across the US and Canada. Fitness has been a constant thread through all of it. From competitive sports as a kid to years of experimenting with training, nutrition, and everything in between; I've always been obsessed with optimizing how I feel and perform.
By day, I work a demanding full-time role in the corporate world. In parallel, I'm building Aura Euphorics, a functional beverage brand I co-founded with my father, launching first in India.
Our first product is a 240ml protein coffee RTD with 17g of protein, 6.5g of prebiotic fibre, no artificial sweeteners. Something I genuinely wanted to exist before I decided to build it.
Why Elevated
This newsletter isn't about Aura specifically. It's about everything that goes into building something, and into being someone worth following.
Fitness. Nutrition. Brand building. Discipline. The compounding effect of showing up every single day even when it's inconvenient.
I'm not a pro athlete. I'm not a celebrity founder. I'm someone who has done the work, gone through serious body transformations, self-taught and applied learnings from the best in fitness world towards my own physique goals, built things from scratch while holding down a demanding full-time role, and I'm willing to share everything I've learned, for free.
That's the value here. Not theory. Real insights from someone living it.
What to expect
Each issue will cover something real, a training principle I swear by, a nutrition insight worth knowing, something I'm learning as I build Aura, or an honest reflection on discipline and consistency.
No fluff. No filler. Just the stuff I'd text a close friend.
If that sounds useful, you're in the right place.
Stay locked in.
